I had ordered two packs of chicken lollipop. One pack costs Rs ***. Delivery charges are Rs **. The total bill was Rs ***. Instead of two packs, only one pack was delivered to me.
I tried complaining about this to the Swiggy customer care.....but All they did was, give me a coupon of Rs ***, whereas they should have given me a coupon of Rs *** ! since you can't split delivery charges.
