This was my complaint regarding Order ID: *************** dated **/**/****.
I am requesting for the refund for a prepaid order for a never delivered order done by a Swiggy employee.This was a order containing an mCaffeine body wash and * chips packets. Since it was a company holiday, I instructed the delivery executive over the phone to hand over the order to the office security personnel.
However, the order was never delivered. After checking the office CCTV footage, it is clearly visible that the delivery executive arrived at the premises, spoke over the phone with me, informed the security guard that the order was not paid for, and left the location without handing over the products.
The statement made by the delivery executive was false because the order was fully prepaid. Despite non-delivery, the app incorrectly marked the order as delivered.
I have clear CCTV video evidence proving that the products were not delivered. Due to the large file size, I am sharing the original CCTV footage through a drive link below:

I am requested an immediate full refund for the prepaid order which was a false delivery done by the Swiggy delivery employee but they are refusing.
