I ordered * litre Dhara rice bran oil. There was supposed to be a free * ltr pouch of oil with it. It was printed on the oil container. Swiggy didn't deliver it. Even after raising the complaint through chatbot & waiting for close to ** min on the chat, no solution was given. I believe Swiggy is cheating customers and selling the * ltr free oil pouch separately.
