This complaint is regarding a travel agency named Vacation yaari (www.vacationyaari.com). Their staff Ms.Priyanka approached me for a holiday booking for Ooty/Coorg. As per the offer letter sent from vacationyaari@gmail.com I had credited Rs. ****/- to their account number **********, IFSC Code. CBIN*******, Central Bank of India by imps fund transfer through kotak mahindra bank (Your a/c no.XXXXXX**** is debited for Rs.****.** on **-**-** and a/c XXXXXXX*** credited (IMPS Ref no ************). Now once the amount is credited to their account, their office (+**-**********) doesn't receive the calls. It seems to be a clear case of cheating. Kindly help
