This complaint is regarding a travel agency named Vacation Yaari (www.vacationyaari.com). Their staff Mr Nikhil approached me for a holiday booking for Ooty/Wayanad. As per the offer letter sent from hello@vacationyaari.com, I had credited Rs.****/- to their account number **********, IFSC Code. CBIN*******, Central Bank of India by net banking through Citibank (Your a/c no.XXXXXX**** is debited for Rs. ****.** on **-**-** and a/c XXXXXXX*** credited (IMPS Ref no ************). Now once the amount is credited to their account, neither Nikhil (+**-**********) or their office (+**-**********) doesn't receive the calls. It seems to be a clear case of cheating. Kindly help
