On *nd October ****, I ordered a *-gram gold coin (Order ID: ****-*******-*******) via Amazon .
The order was delivered on *th October through Blue Dart , but to my surprise, the parcel contained only * gram of gold instead of * grams. I immediately uploaded pictures and raised a complaint with Amazon , expecting a replacement or resolution. Since then, I have contacted Amazon support nearly ** times, and each time I’ve been asked to wait—** hours, ** hours, even ** days. I waited patiently every single time. After weeks of follow-ups, I was finally told that because it’s a seller-based product, they cannot help me. Malabar states that they have a video where it is visible that they sent * grams gold coin only but they never shared that video with me despite I calling them back asking for it. They blame amazon and blue dart.
