I have ordered cake on **th of April ****, they promised to deliver it on **th, I followed up with them daily, but last moment they said they cant able to deliver due to Covid**, I agree that but till now they didnot refund the amount and not responding to my messages, they blocked me and I am not able to reach them for my refund
