I was supposed to travel from India to Canada on *th May **** and further connect another flight from Halifax to st johns which I booked with BUDGET AIR, but since due to COVID restriction, the flights are suspended from India for ** days; hence I need to cancel my onward flight from YHZ to YYT, the airline is ready to waive off my cancellation fee whereas the BUDGET AIR is not accepting it and neither contacting the airline whereas I myself made contact with the airlines two time in a single day where they have put the remark of CANCELLATION FEE WAIVER against my PNR which BUDGET AIR denies again and again and refuse to contact the airline travel support
