I have ordered a cake from swiggy as it was my boss *st work anniversary. The entire cake was rotten stinking the entire occasion got ruined. Later called up CC to complain they were least bothered saying they will update the Baker about the issue. One Mr Dikshit spoke with me who was a supervisor. Seriously swiggy do you hire people like this who don't care about customer concern? He was so rude and was really not helpful. I am really amazed that swiggy is doing like this. Will never use or refer to swiggy hereafter.
