We had ordered a food delivery from Zomato. We saw that the status of order updated as REJECTED. This meant we didn't receive the food or contact from zomato valet. Even after this we initiated a chat with zomato executive personal. They kept on saying food can't be delivered and didn't start refund policy. They were also not responding query we were asking and rather only saying generic responses.
