I have called their valet to know the delivery status. That valet misbehaved over a call and then I've raised the complaint over the chat. I've received the call from the representative of Zomato saying I am noting down your concern and we will take action against the delivery guy. I said ok fine then suddenly they mark the order as delivered. My amount which is deducted was not refunded to me.
