I have placed an order in Swiggy on *th sep. Due to their technicall issues with the restaurant they were unable to delivery my order and requested me cancel and place a new order and for the refund they said it will be processed in * to * business days and still the money is not refunded. There is no order delivered and no refund and when today I reached out to them n **th sep **** they are asking to wait for another week and they are not sure on crediting the money.
