- Food, Packing and handling was worst. ^Open

I ordered food from swiggy . The restaurant name is The Wrap Factory, Surajmal Vihar Delhi. When i received the food it was totally messy the sauce was scattered all over the other packets . So handling and packing was worst . When we open food it was smelly . As of some bad oil . And when we start eating some bad smell was there than we open the panner tikka roll it was really a hell. It seems like a low quality oil has been used to cook so many things than last they made a roll on that. Even i called to restaurant owner he told it might be possible as he is not in the restaurant and staff may be used some old oil even i called to swiggy for the same as i didnt able to eat the food and i through all the food in dust bin they are saying only ** rs they can return in form of voucher but i paid more . The same thing was happened * to * times in swiggy only . According to swiggy they do quality check it means the quality team of swiggy is tasteless or some unqualified persons are present in this team as what happen today is unavoidable atall we are hungry and ordered as not in mood to cook by self even the main thing we paid for that to eat not to through . Kindly do the need full
