- Flight ticket refund by Yatra ^Closed

I am applying for a consumer court complaint against Yatra for below issue

There is no response back (only when Yatra see it required else ignore mail response or no call back, or option to raise query. Even in this portal despite raising issue/complaints).

Raised refund from Indigo airlines post intimation from there end on ** April for flight cancelled. But Yatra didn't respond/ intimate/ update user either on there website or email or SMS (there site still says ticket and fight are in running state and valid till ** May). Had I trusted Yatra, would have ended at Airport or unable to travel because of there no-update policy. User logs into yatra site on why refund not received or intimated, there its mentioned to separately cancel ticket and raise a refund request. Quite stupid feature. Raised refund on airlines site on **rd April. Till **th April on refund. Checked airlines website again to see why not yet money credited to acc. Indigo website mentioned they refunded to Yatra account and to contact agent website (yatra) further. So checked Yatra site with stupid instructions to raise for refund. Mailed to them also also wrt refund. Received response on *th May quite late. Mail text states different story and on there website different story wrt dates and said statements mentioned. They say ** May refund processed, website says * May refund processed. Indigo processed Rs ****, whereas Yatra refund Rs ****. Attached proof. Penalty/ over due payment/ interest charged on CC, because of you. Either they pay in compensation for mental torture received in there end and unable to perform there duty !!
