I have booked an AirAsia flight from Chennai to Goa on **/**/**** (PNR no. :O**PGT) and it was canceled by the airlines due to some operational reasons. While contacting AirAsia customer support they told me before * week the money is refunded to the travel partner (Budget ticket) but still now I didn't get my refund back . While calling budget ticket customer care first time they took the call and verified my booking ID and number . They told they will get back but after that if I am calling means no one is answering. I have tried several times.
