Dear Sir,
I have booked my flight from Budget ticket portal on *rd Jan ****. After half an hour they said there is a price dropdown and they cannot book my ticket. They also mentioned that they will refund my complete amount and it will be reflected within *-* days in my bank account. But, now it is more than ** days and my amount is not yet refunded by them. Daily i am following up with them but there is no update. Firstly they will show cheap price ticket later they will hold your amount. It's very bad as i have to book my ticket for urgency and i am keep on waiting for my refund. Please help here.
