I had booked my flight(Indigo) through Ixigo.com but it was canceled due to COVID-**. After some days I had reached out to Indigo to use credit shell of my cancelled flight , Indigo flight said that your refund already is done and it should be deposited in ixigo's account.
I have tried to reach out to ixigo for my refund but there is no customer support available.
