I have booked ticket for Delhi to Bhubaneswar Vistara Flight which was on *rd April . But it got cancelled due to COVID situation . So , I called to Vistara Airline and ask for refund . They have initiated my refund on **th March itself. And told within **-** Days you will get refund if not then you have to reach out to third party vendor . But i didn't get refund till now . Its been now * month. And i didn't get satisfactory response from your end via GIA also or **** Customer Service Support. Can you please do needful . Here are the booking details with PNR.
