This is regarding my indigo itinerary for PNR: QDN**T
I have had a very terrible experience with the airlines. The flight was scheduled for *:** pm on **th December ****.
The flight was rescheduled without any proper prior notice in time. I had flown with indigo on **th December and **th December and had received regular communication and calls regarding flight status on the day of the flight and upto * days prior to the flight. However for my flight to Chennai the last communication received was in October . This is highly ridiculous in terms of the communication. When the same company is communicating for other flights until a day prior of flight take off , why was I not informed of the Chennai flight.
I was harassed at the airport and was charged ***** INR for a new flight ticket.
A person right in front of me who came at *:** pm for a *:** pm flight was allowed to go without any question.
I feel terrible with this experience of the airlines. And I need steps to be taken against this.
