My wife checked in to Mumbai Terminal * airport today with her infant one hour before the scheduled departure time but to utter surprise indigo staff did not allow her to checkin her baggage stating that window is closed and that she has arrived late. Despite several requests, no body listened and she missed her flight. No apology from staff side also. They didn't care even for infant. Please help to take strict action indigo and refund my amount.
