*. Traveler stranded at Mumbai Airport, without any option to travel.
*. * flight for further journey Del-LKO missed because of Airindia's mental harassment.
*. Not allowed to give acceptance for traveling from Mum - LKO at my own expense, if I travel they will apply No show clause, which has a penalty on my return journey.
