My flight booked with etihad airways is suddenly cancelled without any discussion and approval from my side. On calling them Customer care representative keep giving incorrect information and misrepresented in from of customers. I was also manipulated by them and they cancelled my ticket to book me in an absolutely inconvenient flight and route. They lied to me on my call with them on **th August.
My return ticket from Ahmedabad to london is canceled and I have been given another ticket on a different day from Delhi to london. This is absolutely in inconvenient for me..
Could you please file this complaint against Etihad and help me book in the same flight as initial booking. If I don’t reach on *th september to london I will bear huge losses.
