On July **th, I had to cancel my mother's (she is senior citizen) Etihad Airlines ticket for a flight from Toronto to Mumbai. This decision was made due to multiple reschedules initiated by Etihad, which caused significant inconvenience and disruptions to my travel plans.
During the reschedule process, Etihad presented me with the option to either accept the rescheduled flight or request a refund. I opted for the refund, and at that time, the refund amount displayed was **,*** INR.
However, after patiently waiting for ** days for the refund to process, I was dismayed to discover that the actual refund received was a mere **,*** INR. This significant discrepancy in the refunded amount has left me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Etihad.
Since this issue arose, I have made numerous attempts to seek resolution by reaching out to your customer service team through phone calls, totaling between *-** calls. Regrettably, despite my persistent efforts, I have not received any meaningful assistance or clarification regarding the substantial difference in the refunded amount.
