- Fee refund from Byjus ^Open

Respected Byju Team,


This is in reference to the above cited I raised refund for *****/- (Cash) on dtd.**th May **** through Byju Marketing person Suraj but till now have not recd any amount from Byju. Mr. Suraj confirmed that it will take fifteen days for the full refund.

We paid *****/- to MS.Simran in the *nd week of April **** and *****/- to Mr.Suraj on dtd.**/*/**** on his commitment that classes will be started within three days. Then after a week only one class ramneet has attended and was not satisfied with the teacher's way of teaching and after that classes were online and we didn't recd the ID to attend classes. So then after giving him so many reminders regarding classes and payment receipt ultimately Classes were not started and we finally applied for refund on dtd.**th May, ****. We were asking for receipt of payment from Ms.Simran (She told after full payment we will receive the receipt) and Mr.Suraj But they told that we will get the confirmation of payment receipt on our whatsapp and email and will also get the confirmation regarding classes but neither we received the payment receipt nor classes information.

Now from last two months we are after him for our payment refund but daily he is making up new stories. And then he said that banglore concerned team is neither receiving his call nor responding calls. Then i asked him banglore concerned person contact no and he gave me one mb no.**********. I tried that no and that person confirmed that he is not in banglore and transferred from Mohali * months back. So we cant understand whats going on and even we went to meet Mr.Suraj at your Mohali center and he just locked the center and went away.

So, we reached you directly for our refund which is *****/- in total. You can enquire about this from Ms.Simran and Mr.Suraj.

After this I I sent * reminders but they didn't replied , just once they sent one ticket after that nothing and clearly saying that my kids is not registered with them.

Kindly help to refund my hard earned money and this amount may be nothing for them but means a lot to me.
