Respected Sir / Madam
With due request i want to state that: I had bought a Honda CD*** bike from M/S Shiv Shankar Honda Jagadhri on ** march ****. After some days from the date of purchased I was facing a problem regarding chain loose due to which every time noise came from it and it also effect the milage given by the bike. Whenever this problem occurs, I visit the agency for the maintance of the chainset. They just tightend the chain each time I visit there. They were not giving me the permanent solution regarding my problem because whenever i got repaired my bike, after *-* days same problem arises again. They also said that this problem occure anytime.
But when I visit the agency on ** sep ****for the same problem, they said to change the chainset and you have to pay for it. Now I am not able to realise that whether the new bike that i had purchaed was having problem earlier or they had given me an old and faulty bike.
Sir, due to this problem I am suffering from mently and moneywise problem. It is effeciting my health and wealth.
So, you are requested to provide some solution to my problem. Whether it may be proper maintance of the chainset or replacement of my bike or refund my whole amount of the bike and take it back. Thank you
