I have purchase a Honda Shine Drum VI two wheeler vehicle last year. In which Handel lock is not working properly. So, i have visited service center on **- july-****. Service center has denied to replace handle lock under warranty as when bike has purchase they have given two key and i missed one. So they denied to replace part under warranty since i missed one key. Further, I said that i will pay the amount of one key which is lost but they denied.
In simple Word, Due to loss of one key they denied to cover handle lock under warranty .In fact when customer agree to compensate that loss of one key.
