The laptop in question has undergone multiple repair attempts, all of which have failed to resolve the ongoing issues. The specific problems include:
- Persistent hardware malfunctions despite multiple onsite repairs.
- Continuous failure of key components even after replacements.
- Recurrent software crashes and system instability post-repair.
- Repeated delays and inefficiencies in service delivery, as evidenced by numerous repair tickets (e.g., Ticket **********, **********, **********, and others).
Given these unresolved and recurring issues, it is clear that the laptop is beyond repair and does not meet the standards of reliable consumer goods. Therefore, I request immediate replacement or a full refund as per consumer protection laws.
