Dear Dear team,
Pls find the room and room size,Here i have * issues
* As per Oyo my room number is *** but they have allotted ***.
This room beds are just like a train
*.given more then * complaints regarding room cleaning but there is no response
*.They have given same room for Single, Double, and Triple but they have charged double amount for triple occupancy
I never expected these kind of service from OYO
I am a Corporate Customer, i travelled with family for weekend tour but we havent enjoyed due to these reasons
They took the payment advance only, i told them that i will pay while check out but they denined that
These kind of service i never seen in any hotel
I need the solution for this otherwise i will put the case on consumer forum.
