I got a call from their sales team saying I have won gifts and I have to visit city centre mall kolkata to collect them and i will need to attend a presentation. They call only married couples. When me and my wife reached there they took us in a room where *-* more couple were sitting and there was loud music so no one can listen to each other and be distracted for entire presentation. Every couple gets one sales person who will talk about vacation and trips and use their sales strategy to lure you to buy their travel membership and they will add up extra offers. I was also told the same. I enquired them about the credibility of the company to which the sales manager blatantly lied that they have tie ups with corporate companies and banks and named famous bank. It was very suspicious but attractive offer. The moment they said the offer is only for today I was sure that I am backing off. But the sales manager lied again saying we will block the amount on your credit card and will charge the amount after three months till then I can do the trial. They convinced me to swipe my credit card. After that I chased their customer service, mailed them, called them but they are neither responding nor refunding my money back. I raised the dispute with bank to which they have submitted a fake invoice of a trip to Kashmir with my cut paste signature.
