I have visited the CPH Corporate Travel pvt ltd Regional Head Office branch at City Centre * Kolkata location after multiple follow ups.
They had explained me the plan scheme and it's benefits and after long discussion, they pressured me to take the membership and somehow I have agreed and paid **k amount as I had this much limit in my credit card.
After next day, I had received an welcome email from customercare@cphcorporate.club where no benefits has mentioned. I am trying to do follow ups with those Sales Rep and Manager Guy and they are not responding properly, they are connecting with me but just talking here and there.
I believe that they are just trapping the people with some sweet benefits schemes.
Kindly take the actions on this company and return my money.
