We signed to a byjus program for a free trial period of ** days for my kid. We were informed that we won’t be charged by our bank until we finish the free trial period.
The product is supposed to be received on *st April for free trial period till **th April but I received mail from HDFC bank that emi starts on *th April which is within the trial period. Hence,I requested for cancellation of my order regarding the product for classes * to * on **th March through email.
But,the EMI has been presented on *th April even though I returned the product on *nd April without receiving it from the courier agent and I have also raised a complaint that our membership is not yet cancelled. They have still not cancelled the membership and returned back my funds. No proper response on email from byjus as well.
Regarding Request ID ******** w.r.t cancellation of order and refund ,I received mail that the support team will contact me. Someone from the team gave a missed call on *th April which rang for just * seconds and then sent a message that they are trying to reach my registered number (Screenshots attached). Customer service number ********** is busy all the day as they don't attend a single call from customers.
I have returned the product on *nd April without receiving from the courier service agent and still the emi is charged on *th April ,that too in the trial period.
Another parcel is being sent for delivery even after I returned the product received on *nd April and even after I clearly asked for cancellation of the order.
I request for refund of Rs.*,***/- and the cancellation of the membership to avoid presentation of future emis and the mental agony.
