I ordered a hush puppies slippers from Shoppers stop online portal through a gift card. And while returning the order I had already informed the customer care that I dont have the gift card anymore, so refund the amount in wallet. However they failed to take the instructions and they refunded the amount in my card. And now from almost ** days I have been following and everytime I am getting the same automated response " Mam allow us * working days".
