Dunzo swiped my credit card Rs *** for my order but did not place my order and cancelled it at the same time. Reading up on other people complaints about no direct number for customer care goes to show that Dunzo is more likely to rip you off and take your money rather than providing a service.
I advise anyone trying out Dunzo in Mumbai to be very careful and to avoid using them.
