My AirIndia flight from Seoul to Delhi was booked for TUE, ** OCT '** by AI-**** at **:** hours. I had another flight from Jeju to Gimpo(Seoul) reaching at *:** pm same day, due to which I booked this Air India flight. However, I suddenly received a mail that the Air-India flight AI**** has been preponed due to which I had to cancel my previous flight ticket and book a new flight. I tried to contact airIndia for this inconvenience but they never received my phone. As a result I had to book another flight from Jeju to Seoul as I had to travel in Seoul from Gimpo airport to Incheon airport and also webcheckin was not supported for the AirIndia flight as it was being handled by Asiana Airlines. I want a compensation for this unexpected behavior on your end.
Secondly, when I reached Seoul Incheon airport, the Asiana airlines claimed that they do not have any reservations under my name! I had to wait for * hours and on several requests and checking, they mentioned that Air India had mispelled my last name as Parul in their database instead of Paul(although it was correctly mentioned in the eticket). Due to the carelessness of AirIndia, I was mentally harassed by the staff there, who said that I cannot take the flight as there was a name mismatch. I had to literally beg them to accomodate me. They tried to contact AirIndia staff through phone call, but they didnt receive at all. It was very very inconvenient on my part. I want a compensation for the same!!!!
