The service went down with the arrival of monsoon in the city, since then I am trying to reach the customer care. After * days of followup a technician came on site just to give an totally incorrect resolution. Mail ID of nodal officer is also bouncing. Another escalation call also does not have a quick action. Fed of the service and continuous follow up even after paying all the money in advance.
