I had ordered a Tom Ford Black Orchid **ML perfume, but had received Tom Ford Ombré Leather empty bottle. Had asked them, they had requested for Return, which got rejected, then their team promised for Replacement, which got rejected and third time also, the return was created and got rejected. Had submitted them ample proofs however nothing worked, and the same rejection is what I had faced.
