Hello Amazon,
This is regarding Order #
***-*******-******* wherein I received different product.
I ordered for FireTv stick *K but I received FireTV stick Lite.
This order was made on *th June **** and for FireTv stick *K. During made the order I have opted for return also. So paid *,*** in total ( Shipping fee as prime delivery also included).
However, the pick up person did not pick up the product and asked me to contact Amazon care team.
Unfortunately, this issue is not being taken care as per amazon return policies.
It really sad situation that I have already made the payment, on the reputation by the name of Amazon but not got the actually which I ordered for.
I want Amazon to take ownership of this case and resolve it on priority.
