I placed an order for Epson L-**** multi function inkjet Printer from Tata Cliq on **th July and when I got this product it was not working, it was diffective and we immediately informed the customer care of Tata Cliq, they told me not to worry at all. Yes, you will be given full help, after investigation for a few days, he told that you will have to go to Epson service center, that will be your full help, while sir ji, the brand service center is about ** kilometers away from my house and the printer is very heavy and we have a lot of trouble in taking us there, hope you understand my problem and we are sure that you will help me too, so sir, it is a humble request to you that you return the printer to our printer under the policy of return. Get it done so that we don't worry and build trust on Tata Cliq kind
