I had placed an order on **th January **** for Titan Mechanical watch for men worth Rs.***** and the product was delivered on **th January ****, as soon as I opened the box, I found that it was a totally different watch and hence I placed return request mentioning the reason and the product was picked up within few hours and I was waiting for the refund to happen, but on *nd of February ****, it was updated in the Mobile App of Tatacliq that the product has failed quality check and cannot process the refund. I started calling them and asked for the reason to which they Said that they would investigate the matter and resolve the issue, but to no avail. They simply passed the time and on **th of February, they finally called and said that they have completed the investigation and cannot refund the amount.Hence I request you to elevate this matter and do the necessary justice by asking them to refund my amount
