I did my booking from goibibo app. i was travelling from hyderabad to muscat it was a round trip booking. they created two different PNR numbers. my flight was on *th march and it got detalyed by more than * hours and because the situation in middle east i chose not to fly. since it was coming under the full refund option in my go ibibo app i did the same. i followed the steps and canceled my ticket for both the PNR numbers. when i generated the refund process it was showing that i will recieve a refund of **,*** out of ***** paid amount. but when the refund actually got initiated i only got *,***. i have been calling goibibo since one month almost everyday. they are just geenrating the queries and telling em to wait for ** hours, when i ask them to connect with manager they make an excuse about him/her being busy with other stuff. I am wasting my time, energy and money from past one month and yet no solution. i spoke with airline people also they are saying since it is the third party app we can not help with the refund. because in the initial email send by goibibo to airline for the refund they did not mentioned my both the PNRs and hence i did not recieved my full refund. also they are mentioning that i have recieved partial refund for my musct to hyderabad flight which is not reflection in my refund. i do not know why they have cut those partial approx *k refund. I had a friend traveling with me in the same flight, and we both used the same app to book the tickets which was goibibo. but because he had single PNR for both the flight he got his entire amount back as refund including convinience fees. and mine got **k cut where i paid extra *k for **kg luggage. i need justice. i have both recordings from airline and goibibo. clearly the issue has been created because of the two different PNR. since i canceled my flight ** hours before departure logically it does not matter that the flight was oprational from the muscat to hyderabad, when i did not flew from hyderabad itself how they are assuming that ishould board that fully operational flight? please help me get my **K back, it is been a month now.
