DELL LAPTOP PURCHASED ON **TH FEB ****, (VIDE BILL NO. H********* DT**.**.****). WITHIN TWO-THREE DAY IT WAS HANGED AND RE-STARTED AUTOMATICALLY. ACCORDINGLY COMPALINT RAISED TO DISTRIBUTOR ON *TH MARCH ****. THERE AFTER HE REINSTALLED OS AND ASSURE ABOUT THE PROBLEM RESOLVED. HOWEVER, THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURS AGAIN. PRODUCT SUBMITTED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND VIDE CASE ********* DT**.**.****, SERVICE TEAM RELACED THE SCREEN OF THE SAID PRODUCT. AND RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE CLIENT ASSURING THAT PROBLEM SOLVED.
HOWEVER , CLIENT FACED THE SIMILAR PROBLEMS AGAIN , THEN THEY REINSTALLED OS VIDE CASE NUMBER *********, AND RETURN TO THE CLIENT.
STILL USER FACING THE SIMILAR PROBLEM AND SUBMITTED THE PRODUCT TO DELL SERVICE TEAM VIDE CASE ID ********* DT **.**.****. NOW TEAM IS REPLYING AS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM/ FAULT IN THE PRODUCT. / NOW THE QUESTION ARISE IF THERE WAS NO PROBLEM IN THE PRODUCT, THEN WHY THEY REPLYACE THE SCREEN ON **.**.****.????
