I informed them that such a bad quality food was un-eatable ( I had already mentioned in pre-delivery instructions that I was sick with high fever, and needed the food for taking medicines).
Yet after chatting for >**mins in the most polite language possible- all I recieved was "We are very sorry..", "I am trying to assist you" etc. After sending same robotic pre-written responses for **mins (when I had to still remain hungry and without meds), they just terminated it!
