I have ordered a shirt from snitch on **st may and it shown deliverable by *nd june but on from *nd june the product got stucked near my location and the shadowfax courier partner didn't deliver by choice or they lost it, then i raise a query regarding this from that day to today and everytime they just say i have escalated your query to higher authority and your problem will solve in next ** hr again and again, no nothing sort by them by now, its quite frustrating right now and if in case that goes one month or they never going to deliver then, please help me regarding this.
