I had ordered jacket from snitch online worth **** rs which i paid online on **th February **** and it was out on delivery on *rd march **** but i received a package in *th march.
When i open the parcel i had received two sofa covers upon raising the ticket they told it has been packed correctly how come i received a wrong product and the customer support is not listening to my problems and are not ready to investigate the problem
They are not reaching to delivery agents to inquiry about this
This whole process has become extremely stressful
