I ordered a pair of crocs slippers from tata cliq ON
order date--**th august ****

Product name-- crocs reviva blue flip flops
This is my order id: *********
this was the product i purchased from tata cliq. But the pair of slippers i received is used and defective. I placed the return request for the same, i called customer care many times but they refused to pick it up... and today i recieved the call from mr. Ashish from revert team.. and he also refused to pick the product. I dropped the mail as well.. but still nothing i hear back from them...
