I ordered an expensive Lego set on * June ****. it arrived and there was a bag of the pieces missing. I contacted Amazon for a replacement which they were unable to do. I have arranged for the item to be picked up multiple times but this did not happen. No one shows up or the pick up is cancelled without my knowledge. This was a very expensive item and it is very frustrating and disappointing that I cannot make any progress with Amazon to resolve this.
