I have purchased a Dell inspiron **** model laptop. But within two months laptop hinges are damaged. I raised a service request on Nov **,**** but I didn't get any kind of fair explanation from the technical team. Even though I reminded them regularly via mail etc, they delayed continuously. When ever I asked them they repeatedly saying the same story that parts are in backlog and our team is in resolving the problem.
