I purchased a LG Led TV **um**** on **st August ****, which was delivered on **/**/**** and it was suggested that box should not be opened except by installation team. The team visited to install on *th September and the product was found damaged. I captured a video and took a shot of damaged screen. A complaint for return was filed instantly but there was no response till *th September so I again called customer care and asked about status then I was informed to share the images, which were shared instantly. Thereafter I received two phone calls, but there were only false promises.
