I had packaging and spillage issue with the food delivered to me. Also, the bag in which food was packed was torn and damaged. After waiting for more than one hour twelve mins they delivered to me such kind of unsafe and unconsumable food with underage delivery boys one of them was wearing Swiggy T-shirt. When immediately I requested there executive to take back that unconsumable food they replied it is not our policy but we can refund your money. I clearly told them this is not about money but you are providing unsafe food to your consumers which is life-threatening that too with underage kids.
