I bought Dell laptop through Dell vendor compuindia (GNG electronics Pvt Ltd Chennai GST **AADCG****E*Z*). I complain *-* time but every time horrible and pathetic response. Due to my continues complain last week his engineer visit my house and told me this laptop part is old and damage even before to me this laptop was opened and repaired base on this not providing service. Now my laptop is on warranty period and free of cost repair on-site service.
